Balzac Wine Bar on Arlington place recently reopened with both a new chef and an updated dining area. Chef Zack Panoske has added a bit of Asian cuisine to the restaurant’s menu, serving up popular dishes such as Sisig, a popular Philipino dish. Balzac is known for their patio and is currently open for both outdoor and (socially distant) indoor dining.
